A New Mix-up

Punch and kick your way through a part time job at your local restaurant to keep your gym membership. Combo dinner is a restaurant manager that uses fighting game style controls. Maintain combos and juggle tasks as you work to keep your dreams alive!

Project Status and Goals

Combo Diner is one of three prototype builds we have put together. As a new development team our goal is to find fun and creative ideas that we can execute on. Our goal is to find what ideas a community will have interest in and what they want to support. Just an Appetizer

Keep your skills warm while in queue or in your downtime by completing orders.  Or work on your skills in a neutral non-competitive space made to help beginners get a feel for fighting game combos and systems.

Not Your Usual Juggling

Balance completing orders with keeping the dining room clean to please an increasingly aggressive manager. If the dining room is too dirty, you may just get let off early.         

Dynamic Combos

Certain order types will be modifiable, keeping you on your toes and challenging you to stay just a little reactive. Modified orders will increase in frequency throughout a run.

Monster Manager

End the run with three stars or more to keep your job, and more importantly keep your gym membership! Completing orders and cleaning tables will help you maintain your managers patience meter, but failed orders will result in penalties, so accuracy is key.
